Twice the Enjoyment

So I haven't posted in a while and a couple fun things happened. We first went to Fort Morgan for a little mini-vacation. The whole family left on a Thursday and drove the 6.5 hrs (if you took it in a strait shot) to Colorado. I am still on the diet, so we ate at Wendy's for lunch. I had the Frascetta sandwich with baked Lay's and a Dasani. Karri had a plain cheeseburger that ended up being less calories then the sandwich. I gave up on the diet for the weekend after finding that out. Anyway, we "lived" with our friends the Oden's. It could have been the most relaxing weekend I have ever had. The kids all played will together, there was lots of down time with card playing and talking. We also visited all of our friends for each meal, which was a lot of fun. You don't realize how much you miss a place until you go back to visit. I was definitely not ready for work on Tuesday when I came back, but I was very refreshed and in a wonderful mood. I can't put into words how wonderful everything was. Thanks to everyone in Ft. Morgan for an awesome rest.

We also went to a farm sale in Elsie, NE on St. Paddy's Day. Karri's third cousin died and they sold all of his stuff, hence the pictures of the china below. I needed to post pictures on this site so I could show them on e-bay's discussion board to figure out what the pattern name was. Amazing people on e-bay, they will do a lot of research on something you have no idea about. I am very impressed. I also purchased a leaf blower (which I used yesterday), a mailbox, screwdrivers, a cooler, and a box of misc. goodies. (Crap, my wife would say) I also received a sunburn on my head for free. Good times at the farm sale. I LOVE them.

That is all I have for now, I"ll try not to bore you with my life stories next post (the 1 person that reads this...Thanks Tim)

Toodles,
Adam

I was going to suggest that you try some random blogs like I do...but they would probably regress to married man comments and reasons why you love golf.

Maybe that isn't such a bad thing...stick with what you know.

Only three weeks until "Adam & Tim's Golf-o-roma Weekend"!!!
